The nurse comes once a week. It makes my life easier because I do not have to stop working to go to the doctor. I would like to see improved the communication. I have the nurse calling me the day before to tell me the day he's coming.

They are doing the best that they can do, there's nothing else. It's mostly the patient. They are fine. My biggest thing is the communication between the nurses and the doctors about medication.

The most helpful thing is the changing of the beds for me. You don't have to tell the caregiver everything, she just knows what to do.

I was out of it when they came and they only came three times, but it was a relief to have them there and they did what I asked. They just didn't always know what was happening. The office didn't communicate that to them. The company needs to improve on their internal communication. There seemed to be a disconnect between the office and the caregivers.

We are still getting used to the whole thing. My mother needs help cleaning up, and they help her out with that. I need to submit the paperwork to long term, and I still don't have what I need. I'm having trouble getting the paperwork.

I reduced the services because my parents aren't thrilled with having people in the house. It's not about the agency; it's just my parents' preferences. I'm trying to get my parents used to having caregivers in the house, but there isn't consistency in caregivers. I know it's difficult to get someone to commit to a few hours once a month, but I'd prefer some consistency in that. I'd like more communication. In the beginning, while I was figuring things out, I was waiting for phone calls and for people to get back.

They can keep providing the same service they do now. They can have better communication with the aide. They can give us the telephone numbers of the aides. They can call us to tell us how it went.

They are willing to come to my house and make me comfortable. The nurses I've had are experienced in what they are supposed to be doing, and their director is on top of it. I think they care about their quality.

It again goes back to preparing the employees for the job they need to do. They could have done better at preparing their employees for the job that they are doing.

It depends on the person. The person there during the weekdays seems to be really invested in my mother's well-being. We have had some problems with people not showing up or not showing up on time. When they are there, someone is caring for my mom so I feel good about that.

I'm not getting as many calls saying my father has fallen. I'm a lot more at ease knowing someone is watching them. After I got through the initial scheduling and hours, it was a little overwhelming. Once things were underway it was great. Everyone is very nice and caring.
